Mandate of non-executive directors
Provision of non-executive directorships for Luxembourg and foreign companies. For the regulated sector, the private equity and real estate industry, the financial sector for operating companies.
The role of non-executive director covers several areas (strategy, project management, risk, tax, legal, accounting, AML, human relations…). Our role is to help combine all these dimensions to improve the governance and efficiency of companies.

Mandate of independent corporate secretary
Provision of an independent corporate secretary to ensure the proper conduct of corporate governance; assisting you in your projects, including coordination with all stakeholders. Included: organization of meetings of the board of directors and/or management bodies, preparation of the minutes and control of the proper conduct of the company’s administration.
A combination with a mandate as a non-executive director is possible.

TEAM
Founder
Raphael Docquier has 20 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial markets. He has worked for international consulting firms (Deloitte, BDO, PwC) and has a wide range of skills (tax, accounting, company secretarial, IT development, domiciliation…). He has been a chartered accountant and is also certified in corporate governance at HEC Liège. He is also a member of the ILA (Luxembourg Institute of Directors) and is vice-president of the commission dedicated to the general secretariat. As a former director at PwC, he was active on the local market (commercial companies) but also for regulated entities, the private equity and real estate sector and HNWIs.
Founder
Thierry Derochette is a tax consultant and entrepreneur. In December 2010, he founded Tax Connected S.A., a private company focused on providing services in all areas of taxation (consulting, compliance and training / indirect and direct taxes / individuals and companies). In 2012, he incorporated with partners FKP Services SA, a fiduciary and accounting company to provide administration and accounting services to private and institutional clients. Thanks to his multi-skills, Thierry is engaged on specific mandates to be part of the management team of clients and partners. In this context, he is actively involved in a limited number of Luxembourg boards of directors where he can share his experiences and long practices.
